Job Summary
HITEK AI is looking for an experienced AI Transformation Manager to lead strategic technology programmes, including the flagship Group AI Transformation Programme. The role covers programme planning, execution, governance, AI architecture, LLM platforms, RAG, system integrations, UAE data compliance, stakeholder communication, user adoption, and cross-functional team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programmes, including the Group AI Transformation Programme.
- Own the programme lifecycle across planning, execution, governance, and benefits realisation.
- Design and manage AI architecture including LLM platforms, RAG, and enterprise integrations.
- Integrate enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HRMS, CAFM, and other SaaS platforms through APIs.
- Ensure data governance, security compliance, and UAE data sovereignty requirements are followed.
- Drive user adoption, training programmes, and change management initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams across R&D, IT, Data, Vendors, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT or technology delivery.
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise programmes.
- Proven AI and LLM production delivery experience using platforms such as Claude, GPT, or Azure OpenAI.
