E-Commerce Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily online sales and fulfillment operations within the store.
- Ensure operational efficiency, resource optimization, and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and the Omni Operations Team.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain seamless coordination across departments to support omni-channel operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the e-commerce fulfillment team to meet daily KPIs.
