We're Hiring: Workshop Supervisor – Aviation MRO
Location: Mindtree Aerospace RMA L.L.C | Dubai, UAE
At Mindtree Aerospace, we are growing and looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
If you have a passion for aviation, a strong eye for compliance, and the leadership skills to drive a high-performing workshop team — we want to hear from you!
Positions:
- Workshop Supervisor – Aviation MRO

- Supervise and control daily workshop maintenance activities in accordance with EASA Part 145, GCAA regulations, and company procedures
- Responsible for inspection, repair, and certification of components released under EASA, GCAA, and POA
- Ensure compliance with MOE procedures and applicable aviation authority regulations
- Manage and lead support staff, technicians, tailors, and painters with proper job assignments
- Liaise with Maintenance Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Management for smooth workshop day to day operations
- Enforce safety standards, SMS principles, and Human Factors awareness
- Support internal and external audits and quality compliance implementation
- Ensure availability and correct use of maintenance manuals, work cards, drawings, and technical data
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to maintenance personnel
- Ensure proper hazard, incident, and occurrence reporting
- Maintain environmental, health, and safety compliance and proper housekeeping
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in aviation MRO workshop environment.
- Knowledge of EASA Part 145, GCAA requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a safety-first mindset
- Preference will be given to candidates currently available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
