- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback

4. Audit & Regulatory Liaison
- Manage tax audits and inquiries from authorities
- Liaise directly with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
5. Process Improvement & Strategy
- Improve internal tax processes and workflows
- Support the Associate Director in tax planning initiatives
- Contribute to service line growth and efficiency

Requirements
