Arabian Maize Company (AMC) is one of the leading corn milling companies in Saudi Arabia/GCC, producing starches and sweeteners; aiming to serve our customers' needs par expectations and helping them to achieve distinct performance and value in the products and brands they serve to their respective markets and consumers.
Positions:
- Production Engineer

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor Wet Milling production processes.
- Optimize milling operations for maximum efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to support smooth operations.
- Conduct process analysis, prepare technical reports, and recommend improvements.
- Support commissioning, start-up, and testing of new equipment in Wet Milling unit.
- Assist in staff training, mentoring, and skill development within the Wet Milling team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, production data and maintain records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in wet milling, starch, or related food processing industry.
- Experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and industrial food production operations.
- Certification in food safety, HACCP, or GMP is preferred.

The factory, established on a land area of approximately 60 thousand square meters at King Fahad Port, Yanbu Industrial City, equipped with latest equipment and technology to produce the finest corn products by qualified cadres of international expertise in their field to satisfy the requirements of our customers and adhering to the international quality standards.
Evaluating every component of corn grains, our refineries separate the main four components of corn grain: Starch, Fibers, Gluten, & corn germ. Each of these components provides us with one or more of our main and co-products that are being manufactured in accordance with the latest international industrial standards.
