- Senior Officer – Broker Relations

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Maintain and expand the broker portfolio on both General and Medical lines of business
- Conduct regular and strategic meetings with allocated brokers to develop the portfolio
- Renewal Management and related co-ordination with both brokers and Underwriting team
- Prepare Business/Performance reports on a monthly basis and share with line manager
- Conducting Portal Presentations & Training to Brokers on various products offered by NGI
- Monitor and analyse broker performance on a regular basis
- Supporting Finance Dept on credit control related issues
- Maintaining excellent rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Build a strong pipeline of corporate accounts for each quarter
- Update and maintain all KYC related documents of the panel broker
- Adherence to all Regulatory and Compliance related processes required by the company

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Education – Bachelor's/Masters/Diploma
- Years of experience – Min 5 years in broker relations role
- Certification – Insurance certification will be an added advantage
