Al Jazeera International Catering LLC in Abu Dhabi is hiring experienced professionals for the positions of Production Supervisor and Catering Supervisor.
For the Production Supervisor role, candidates must hold a Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, Culinary Arts or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Catering, Hotel, or F&B production, prior supervisory experience preferred, and must be capable of supervising daily food production operations as per menu plans and production schedules, with knowledge of industrial kitchen operations, large-scale food production, strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills, plus basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and production reporting formats.
For the Catering Supervisor role, candidates must be a Graduate or have completed specialized courses in Hotel/Catering Management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Catering, Hotel, or F&B operations (required), and will be responsible for overall dining operations and service standards, coordinating daily Front of the House (FOH) and Back of the House (BOH) catering operations, requiring excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), strong organizational, interpersonal, and team coordination skills, working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements
