Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

• Record daily financial transactions in Tally accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliations, invoices, and payment entries
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
• Support VAT, audit, and other compliance-related documentation
• Reconcile supplier and customer balances
• Coordinate with internal departments on accounting matters

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) – mandatory
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills in English
• 0–2 years of accounting experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and invoice processing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with UAE VAT and accounting compliance is an advantage
