Job Summary

Almuzain Gulf Saudi Contracting Co. is looking for skilled Estimation Engineers to support high-value Oil and Gas projects. The role involves reviewing tender documents, preparing detailed estimates across mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation works, and supporting pricing strategies for shutdown, turnaround, refinery, and petrochemical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review bid documents, P&IDs, BOMs, and work packs.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates across mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation works.
  • Identify subcontracting scope and float enquiries.
  • Estimate manpower, tools, equipment, and consumables required for projects.
  • Evaluate cost and schedule risks during estimation.
  • Support pricing strategies including unit rate, lump sum, and T&M models.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
  • Coordinate with execution teams for estimate validation.
  • Ensure compliance with client tender requirements.
