Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and/ or BA in Business Administration from reputed university (MBA is preferred).
- Must have minimum 6 years proven experience working with Property Development firms in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulatory environment and construction environment.
Core Competencies Requirements:
- Government liaison and authority coordination (DLD, RERA, Oqood, Tarakhees, Nakheel, Dubai Municipality, DDA, Civil Defense, DEWA, RTA, etc.).
- Project registration and compliance management.
- Oqood registration and termination processes.
- Title deed issuance coordination.
- Escrow and regulatory documentation handling.
- CRM oversight and customer lifecycle management.
- Collections supervision and legal follow-up in case of default.
- Strong interdepartmental coordination between Sales, Finance, Construction, and Legal.
- Ability to protect cash flow and ensure regulatory timelines are met.
In addition, we require:
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Structured, KPI-driven mindset
- Ability to independently manage authority matters with minimal escalation
- Strong work follow-ups and coordination skills.
- Arabic language is an advantage
