We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, administration, performance management, and compliance, while ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace environment.

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain positive employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, etc.).
- Handle leave management and attendance tracking.
- Support payroll processing by providing required data.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track performance review schedules.
- Support training and development programs.
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in developing and updating HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
