Litmus Facilitators is looking for a Junior Accountant – Bookkeeping & Finance Operations to support our finance team with day-to-day financial management and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on bookkeeping, financial coordination, and maintaining organized financial records.

- Junior Accountant – Bookkeeping & Finance Operations

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, estimates, and purchase orders
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Track and process vendor payments, payouts, and payment schedules
- Coordinate with vendors and clients on finance-related documentation and payments
- Assist with VAT preparation and filings in compliance with UAE regulations
- Support payroll inputs and employee reimbursement processing
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Assist the audit team by preparing financial records and supporting documentation
- Track expenses and assist in preparing financial summaries and reports
- Work closely with internal teams on PO approvals, billing, and cost tracking

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books or similar systems
- Understanding of VAT compliance and financial documentation in the UAE
- Proficiency in Excel and financial record management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Immediate joining preferred
