- Accounts Manager
- Data Entry Clerk
Emirates Markets is seeking a results-driven Accounts Manager to manage and grow key retail and hypermarket accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in the retail or hypermarket sector, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while driving sales performance and profitability.
This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth accounts operations, accurate financial reporting, and achievement of commercial objectives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory)
- Master's degree (MBA, M.Com, or equivalent) is preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role
- Mandatory experience working with retail or hypermarket environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop assigned retail and hypermarket accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, margins, pricing, and promotional performance
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic actions
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with retail partners
- Ensure timely collections, resolve payment discrepancies, and manage credit exposure
- Prepare regular account reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail partner requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of retail financials, margins, and P&L management
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
2. Data Entry Clerk
Provides a record of information collected via a form, log, or electronic submission that is used for data entry into a database or spreadsheet.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or any related field
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Retail or hypermarket experience preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter sales, purchase, and inventory data accurately
- Maintain records and reports in Excel/system software
- Verify data and correct errors
- Coordinate with accounts and store teams
- Support daily operational reporting
