1. Junior Accountant (UAE National)
Job Overview:
At Kinetics Group, we believe that our people are the heart of our organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Jr. Accountant with 0-1 years of experience with a solid foundation in accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle petty cash and daily cash transactions.
- Record journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Support staff expense claims, reimbursements, and payroll-related entries.
- Assist with inventory records, utility bills, vehicle logs, and operational expenses.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
Requirements.
- Location: Dubai, U.A.E.
- Experience: 0–1 year
- Qualification: Accounting background preferred

2. Acoustic Engineer (Noise Control Specialist)
Job Overview:
Kinetics Group is seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Acoustic Engineer to support the design and implementation of noise and vibration control solutions across a wide range of projects. The role focuses on acoustic analysis, design calculations, site measurements, and preparation of technical reports, with close coordination alongside architects, MEP consultants, and contractors. This position is ideal for an engineer with hands-on experience in building and mechanical acoustics who is looking to contribute to performance-driven, compliance-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform acoustic calculations and design noise mitigation solutions for HVAC, generators, and building interiors.
- Conduct site measurements, verify performance, and identify corrective actions.
- Prepare professional reports with calculations, data visuals, and compliance statements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and contractors on acoustic requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in mechanical/architectural/interior noise control.
- Proficiency in acoustic software (INSUL, CADNAA, CATT-Acoustic, ODEON), AutoCAD/Revit, and Excel.
- Knowledge of ASTM, ISO, CIBSE, ASHRAE standards and UAE regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
