Fujairah International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the airport’s flight operations and airside coordination activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily flight operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and operational procedures, and coordinating with airlines, air traffic control, ground handling agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time operations. The role will also focus on improving operational performance, managing operational risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across flight operations.
This role requires strong leadership and decision-making skills, in-depth knowledge of flight operations and aviation regulations, and the ability to manage complex operational environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- The Flight Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all airside flight operations support functions to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant aircraft movements.
- The role ensures effective management of Meteorology (MET), AIS & Flight Dispatch, and related operational services in alignment with regulatory requirements, airport policies, and service level agreements.
Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Air Traffic Management, Meteorology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in airport operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and GCAA regulations.
- Experience in airside and terminal coordination, emergency handling, and stakeholder management.
