As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to determine the scope and quantities of MEP systems.
- Prepare estimates for material quantities, labour hours, and equipment requirements using software tools and market pricing.
- Support tender submissions by preparing technical and cost-related inputs in line with client requirements.
- Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align MEP scope and project objectives.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from MEP subcontractors and suppliers, and define clear scopes of work.
- Maintain updated estimation records, pricing databases, and detailed cost breakdowns.
- Study plans/specifications to prepare accurate budget inputs for construction works.
- Evaluate offers and variations based on site requirements, additions, and cost changes.
- Participate in meetings with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
- Prepare documentation and visit project sites as required.
- Monitor construction progress and coordinate MEP activities during execution.
- Stay updated on safety codes, industry improvements, and new technologies.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of specifications, drawings, and technical details.
- Manage multiple assignments and ensure accuracy in all technical submissions.
- Maintain high attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in MEP engineering and project coordination.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
