Hiring HR & Admin Executive (Preferably Hindi speaking Male)
Fresher Role.
Job Summary:
Handle HR and administrative tasks independently for White collar & blue-collar staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance, and workforce discipline.(70 % Admin & 30 % HR responsibilities)
Requirements:
- Preferably Fresher in UAE.
- Ability to handle HR & Admin tasks independently
- Knowledge of UAE labour practices
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
Salary - AED 2500 to AED 3500

2. Operations Executive
Job Title: Operations Executive – Cleaning & Facility Management (UAE)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily cleaning and facility management operations. The role involves supervising blue-collar staff, coordinating site activities, and ensuring quality service delivery across assigned locations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day cleaning and FM operations
- Deploy and monitor blue-collar workforce at sites
- Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and service quality
- Conduct site inspections and handle client requirements
- Prepare basic operational reports and documentation
- Coordinate with HR and management for manpower and operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in cleaning/facility management industry in the UAE – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience managing blue-collar staff – Mandatory
- Graduate in Business Administration or related field
- Hindi speaking – Mandatory
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Willing to travel between sites
Salary:
- AED 3500 to 4500 per month (based on experience)
