- Accounts Receivable Officer / Executive

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Handle group and intercompany reconciliation
- Reconcile multiple payment channels (bank, cash, online, POS, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain receivables aging and reports
- Ensure accurate SOA preparation as per department checklist
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and confirmations
- Provide regular payment status updates to concerned departments
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and records
- Ensure proper usage and updates in the Jobber system
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments
- Share weekly receivables and reconciliation reports with the Finance Head
- Support month-end closing activities related to receivables

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation and receivables management
- Experience with accounting systems / ERP (Jobber knowledge is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
