We are a well established General Trading Company based in Dubai Industrial City (DIC), engaged in sourcing, distribution, and trading of a wide range of products across local and international markets. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of GCC relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting financial operations of the company.
Description
Positions:
- Accountant

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and monthly reconciliations.
- Assist in VAT calculations, filing, and compliance as per UAE regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost control.
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of GCC accounting experience, preferably in a Trading company.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
