Position: Senior Accountant – Sports Industry
Experience: 6–7 years
Industry Preference: Sports clubs / Gyms / Fitness chains
Location: UAE
Reporting to: Finance Manager / GM

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets)
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS & variance analysis
- Manage revenue accounting (memberships, PT packages, court rentals, events)
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations & petty cash
- Ensure VAT compliance (returns, audits, documentation)
- Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits
- Payroll accounting, accruals & provisions
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting & tax regulations
- Support budgeting & forecasting for multiple branches (if applicable)

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- 6–7 years UAE experience, preferably in sports / fitness / hospitality
- Strong knowledge of VAT in UAE
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Odoo – any)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
- Experience handling multiple revenue streams
- Experience in club membership systems
- CMA / ACCA (partially or fully qualified) – added advantage
- Immediate or short notice period
