This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Purchase based in Umm Al Quwain. The Purchase Executive will support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate entries in the system, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role involves regular communication with vendors and internal departments, updating purchase records, tracking deliveries, and assisting with basic inventory-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn and grow within the procurement function.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative coordination
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Purchase Orders (POs) with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, vendor coordination, and material follow-ups
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, ERP systems, or purchasing software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar)
- Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Candidates with understanding of Inventory management preferred
- Certifications in Procurement/Supply Chain (CIPS, CPSM, or similar) are a plus
- Prior experience in manufacturing, fiberglass, prefab industry, construction or building material is beneficial
