Job Purpose is to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of fit-out projects while providing accurate planning insights and supporting effective project control.

Description
Positions:
- Planning Engineer

- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare weekly planning reports, dashboards, and progress updates for internal teams and clients.
- Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule inputs.
- Analyze project performance and contribute to project controls and forecasting.
- Support tender programs and baseline schedules as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out projects.
- Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and other project planning/reporting tools. Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Immediate availability in the UAE.

BW Interiors is a well established Interior Fit-out Contractor operating in the GCC Region with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This enables us to maintain complete control over program execution and quality standards alike.
