Position: NOC Coordinator
Skillset: Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE.
Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. Civil /Equivalent degree

Description
Positions:
- NOC Coordinator

- Identify all required NOCs for infrastructure works (roads, drainage, utilities, telecom, power, water, sewerage).
- Coordinate with UAE authorities and service providers such as: (DEWA /ADDC/ SEWA/RTA/DOT/Etisalat / DU)
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on NOC applications through online portals and manual submissions.
- Ensure all drawings, method statements, and documents comply with authority requirements.
- Maintain an updated NOC log/register with status, approvals, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams to resolve authority comments.
- Arrange site inspections with authorities and ensure compliance during execution.
- Track NOC renewals and closures after completion of works.
- Ensure work on site aligns strictly with approved NOCs and conditions.
- Support project managers in meeting project timelines by minimizing approval delays.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5 years experience as an NOC Coordinator in UAE infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of UAE local authority regulations is mandatory Familiarity with authority portals (e.g., DEWA NOC, RTA systems)
