We’re Hiring: Accounts Receivable Executive / Cashier

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. This role is customer-facing and process-driven, with a strong focus on cheque and card transactions (no cash handling). If you’re someone who enjoys closing loops, keeping numbers clean, and supporting sales teams to move faster — this one’s for you.
Description
Positions:
- Accounts Receivable Executive / Cashier

- Approve Payment Requests (PRs) for cheque and credit card transactions
- Assist customers with installment payments and PR-related queries
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to follow up and close pending PR approvals (all payment modes)
- Review and approve Cheque PRs received from the collections team
- Ensure timely banking of current-dated cheques
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal finance controls
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Collections, and Finance to ensure smooth payment workflows
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Billing / Finance Operations
- Experience handling cheque and card transactions (mandatory)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel / ERP systems
- High attention to detail and process discipline
