We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank reconciliations while ensuring accurate and timely financial records in line with company policies.

- Accountant

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Record and apply customer receipts (cash, bank transfers, cheques, and card collections) accurately to relevant customers and orders.
- Post cheques and post-dated cheques (PDCs) in the accounting system and maintain an up-to-date PDC register.
- Ensure timely deposit of customer PDCs on due dates and posting of cleared cheques and bank transfers.
- Keep customer wallets updated on the digital platform.
- Ensure all credit customer documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prepare, issue, and post vendor payments through cheques and bank transfers in a timely manner.
- Maintain vendor PDC records and ensure timely deposit and clearance.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for all vendor payments.
Bank Reconciliation & Accounting
- Perform regular bank reconciliations against customer receipts and vendor payments.
- Ensure real-time and accurate accounting data entry.
- Monitor and reconcile cash, credit card, and bank balances.

Requirements

- Must have 3–5 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Part-qualified CA or ACCA is an advantage.
