1. Secretary/ Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greet and assist visitors.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems and manage correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support to management as required.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
2. Human Resources Specialist
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Execute and follow up on daily HR operations in line with company policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment and hiring processes, including preparation and follow-up of employment contracts.
- Maintain and update employee files and records accurately.
- Manage medical insurance procedures and liaise with service providers.
- Handle transactions with government entities (Passport Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Municipalities), including contract attestation and official procedures.
- Draft and prepare official letters and correspondence, ensuring proper follow-up with relevant authorities.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, medical insurance management, and governmental follow-ups.
- Skilled in drafting and preparing official correspondence.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and HR systems.
