As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Develop and implement governance policies & processes in line with company standards and regulations
- Prepare and submit regular governance reports to management
- Ensure policies, procedures, and delegation of authority are properly maintained
- Oversee compliance with established policies and legal requirements
- Monitor regulatory updates and advise on impact & necessary actions
- Manage intellectual property rights, contracts, and agreements
- Collaborate with Finance & HR on disputes and policy development
- Develop and implement the corporate governance model and structure
- Represent the company in dealings with government officials
- Lead the development of governance-related committees and frameworks
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance or related field (MBA/ACCA preferred)
- Certified GRC professional (OCEG, ISACA, or similar) is a plus
- 5+ years' experience in governance, especially in real estate or property management
- Exposure to Big 4 audit firms and real estate industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems like Yardi, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English
