We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Electrical Assistant Resident Engineers and Electrical Inspectors for a major medium voltage (MV) network construction supervision project in Al Ain.

1. Electrical Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee site supervision of medium voltage electrical works
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and materials submittals
- Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed daily site reports and progress records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in MV network projects
- Previous ARE experience on utility or infrastructure projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of ADDC standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and reporting skills

2. Electrical Inspectors
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections for MV electrical works including cable laying, terminations, jointing, and installation of RMUs, transformers, and related components
- Monitor contractor’s work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare daily inspection reports and highlight non-conformities
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards on site
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MV electrical inspections
- Solid understanding of ADDC or equivalent authority standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
