Responsibilities

Bank Reconciliation:

• Perform daily/monthly reconciliations
• Investigate discrepancies and report anomalies
• Maintain thorough reconciliation documentation

Vendor Management:

• Respond to queries and ensure smooth payment processes
• Keep vendor data updated
• Build strong vendor relationships

Petty Cash & Reimbursements:

• Handle petty cash and employee claims
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation
• Code expenses correctly and address employee queries

Reporting & Compliance:

• Support monthly/year-end closings
• Generate AP and reconciliation reports
• Assist with audits and ensure policy adherence
