Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Assistant with an accounting background, preferably in the trade industry
- Knowledgeable in preparing invoices, packing lists, letters of credit (LC), checking original bills of lading (OBLs), and handling SGS inspections
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
- Accounting Background is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- Experience with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Experience in processing VAT reclaims and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

In the year 2017, the company underwent a rebranding exercise following which the company’s name was changed to M E X International General Trading LLC.
Today, M E X International General Trading LLC, in addition to the Printing Industry, caters to the Pharmaceutical, FMCG and Tobacco Industries, just to name a few. Our specialty lies in sourcing of Raw Materials, Plant and Machinery and Industrial Equipment Supplies.
Our customer base mainly consists of clients from Africa and Middle East. We source our products from well reputed companies in India, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia and China.
