Description
Positions:
- Document Controller

- Manage and control the flow of documents for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.
- Use Aconex or other document management systems to organize and monitor incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Construct professional correspondences and official letters in accordance with company and client standards.
- Maintain updated logs and filing systems for drawings, reports, RFIs, submittals, MOMs, and all project-related documents.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure proper document coordination and timely submission.
- Track revisions and maintain document version control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and client meetings using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ensure proper classification, sorting, labelling, and storage of documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Support audits and inspections by providing requested documentation in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices in document control and construction documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or landscaping projects.
- Familiarity with ISO document control standards.
- Knowledge of document archiving best practices.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures related to documentation.
