Audit Support:
- Assisting in the preparation of audit documents and reports.
- Coordinating with external auditors for required documentation.
Budget Assistance:
- Supporting the Chief Accountant in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Assisting with budget variance analysis.
Tax Compliance:
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and compliance reports.
- Gathering relevant data and supporting documents for tax filings.
Financial Analysis:
- Assisting with basic financial analysis to identify trends or variances.
- Preparing financial data summaries for review.
Maintaining Accounting Systems:
- Ensuring data is up-to-date in the accounting software.
- Suggesting system improvements for more efficient processes.
Policy and Procedure Compliance:
- Ensuring adherence to corporate policies and accounting procedures.
- Supporting the Chief Accountant in developing or revising financial protocols.
Other Administrative Support:
- Handling administrative tasks related to the accounting department.
- Assisting with documentation and filing as needed.

Requirements
