We are urgently looking for a highly experienced 

• Senior Mechanical Engineer - Technical

To join one of our Mega Projects in Dubai.

Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

The individual must be able to demonstrate between 12-15 years experience of working within leading construction companies in UAE (preferably in Dubai) in addition to good experience in Engineering and Should have experience in dealing with the Dubai authorities (DM, DEWA,EMPOWER, Civil Defense, Trakhees, etc.).

You must have the relevant qualifications, certifications, and the capability to provide planning,leadership, direction, and technical expertise to manage complex tasks in high rise building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• Must have 12-15 years of experience in leading construction companies in
• UAE/GCC.
• Highly experienced in providing planning, leadership, direction, and technical expertise to manage complex tasks in high-rise buildings.
• Experience in general MECH design software such as (HAP Cooling load software, McQuay - Pipe and Duct Sizer, ASHRAE - Psychrometric software, ASHRAE - Duct Fittings Database, Diffuser and Grilles selection software).
• Should have experience in dealing with the Dubai authorities (DM, DEWA, EMPOWER, Civil Defense, Trakhees, etc.).
• Familiar with Local and International Codes such as (IBC, IPC, UPC, ASHARE, SMACNA, NFPA, UAE Fire and Life Safety Code).
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written Arabic and English.
