Requirements
- Information Technology, or related field and CCNA,MCSE,RHCSA Certifications.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Documentation and solution Sharing with Technical/Non technical.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, positive and engaging telephone manner and a high degree of customer service aptitude.
- Demonstrable experience and fluent command of the English language.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot remotely.
- 01 years of experience in an IT support organization.
- Strong understanding of ITIL incident management, including upholding SLAs and communication to end users.
- Experience with researching complex issues with client's software and hardware.
- Experience working with enterprise-level systems and infrastructure
- Willing to work in day and night shifts (onsite).
