1. Human Resources Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at King's Aluminium Industries in Abu Dhabi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, developing HR policies, and overseeing all aspects of human resources within the company.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Skills in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing human resources
• Knowledge of human resources (HR) best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the UAE

2. Public Relations Officer (PRO)/HR Assistant

Role Description:

Handle government-related tasks, including obtaining visas, labor cards, and other required permits for employees. Liaise with various government departments and agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Strong background in UAE labor law
• Fluency in both verbal and written English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of immigration rules and updated regulations, with hands-on experience using the immigration online system and issuing all kinds of visas
• Effective interpersonal skills to work successfully with local government authorities
