Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand Takaful Life Insurance needs and offer suitable coverage options
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing policies and identify any gaps in coverage
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of our Takaful Life Insurance products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with your supervisors to achieve sales targets and organizational goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE in direct sales
• Previous experience in local UAE direct sales is required
• Abu Dhabi market experience is required
• Arabic Speaker is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor, integrity, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
