Responsibilities

• Arrange Property Listings regularly through personal networking.
• Actively be involved in the sale/rental of residential properties.
• Follow the proper documentation process for every transaction.
• Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improve.
• Arranging an appointment with the company's in-house Photographer to take the latest and clear pictures of the property to do a great listing advertisement.
• Always stay informed about the real estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for rental as well as the sale value of a property.
• Stay focused in the area of specialization and constantly think of ideas to obtain more listings.
• Estimate the current market price and, suggest a selling price of properties.
• Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to ensure clients are never left without any option.
• Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on the merits of properties and terms of sale.
• Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

Requirements

• At least one (1) year prior sales experience in Dubai
• Have a valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
• Proven track record in sales
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Flexibility with timings
• Presentable and well-mannered
• Can start immediately
• Can work in a competitive environment
