We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELECTRICAL ESTIMATION ENGINEER to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all monthly project cost reports.
• Prepares cost estimates from design conception to basic design as requested for project purposes]
• Tracks market prices for construction costs, equipment, material and labor.
• Analyzing blueprints to determine wire lengths as well as suitable outlet placement based on electrical codes.
• Regularly updating cost databases to accurately reflect fluctuating material and labor costs.
• Undertaking contract administration of subcontractors; tasks including preparing contract, preparing BOQ, verifying subcontractor interim payment applications, variations and agreeing on subcontractor final account.
• Quantity Take-Off for all electrical services including electrical system, ELV system, Fire Alarm, Emergency Light System and different types of tender drawings.
• Prepare and analyze new drawing revision, estimates cost & quantity take off for all change items (variations orders additional amount / cost savings).

Requirements

• At least 3 or more years experience in similar position 
• Preferably, with strong knowledge in the construction industry 
• Knowledgeable in PlanSwift Software 
• Can join immediately
