Responsibilities

• Monitor & control warranty operations in all branches to ascertain Manufacturer’s warranty policy & procedures are applied. 
•  Conduct quarterly Warranty Operations Review to selected branches in order to maintain warranty KPIs within standard. 
•  Manage warranty clerks for better performance. 
•  Perform market studies & feedback to Manufacturer to enhance warranty conditions & operations. 
•  Monitor service campaigns progress to increase campaigns conduction rate. 
•  Updates warranty policy to branches whenever amendments applied by Manufacturer. 
•  Reports quality incidents (QIRs) to Manufacturer for product improvement. 
•  Supervise multi-channel communication lines with manufacturer to solve sophisticated technical faults. 
•  Receives & follows escalated tires related issues by branches with tires agencies to solve these cases. 
•  Coordinates with Manufacturer’s R&D Centre the conduction of new models testing programs for product quality & durability improvement. 
•  Coordinates with AMQC (Africa & Middle East Quality Center) for product quality & durability improvement. 
•  Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability, and safety. 
•  Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems. 
•  Prepare product reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in the same field (Automotive) 
•  Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic. 
•  Excellent analysing & reporting knowledge & skills. 
•  Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
