• General Services Supervisor

 The General Service Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Head of Company Maintenance & Transportation in the daily supervision and management as per company requirements in the most time and cost effective manner and at highest customer service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering diploma 
• 3 years' experience as General Service supervisor; 6 years' or above in experience in related field 
• Report to Head of Facility maintenance and transport department 
• Strong in write / generate detailed technical (inspection /completion) reports with proposed solutions 
• Strong in computer skills and MS office 
• Strong in optimizing budget and planning 
• Strong in reading and understanding engineering DWG 
• Strong management skills (technicians and house boys) 
• Strong in follow ups and implementing PM and CM as per the KPI 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills —English
