Description

We, Paramount International Contracting Company, looking for a Carpentry Coordinator (Joinery) who has at least 5 years of experience in UAE with the same position.

Salary: AED4,500.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Analyze construction plans, blueprints, and other project documentation to identify carpentry components and scope of work.
• Conduct on-site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for accurate cost estimation.
• Quantify and calculate materials, labor, and equipment required for carpentry projects, considering project specifications, industry standards, and supplier quotes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and availability of materials and services.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material quantities, labor hours, equipment costs, and subcontractor expenses.
• Prepare and present cost estimates to clients, ensuring clear and professional communication of pricing details and assumptions.
