5+ years of relevant experience is required in handling & performing:

• Site planning
• Radio Parameters optimization
• Neighbour optimization
• KPI monitoring
• Complaint analysis
• Configuration analysis and consistency check
• Script generate
• Nastar report generate
• Performance Analysis (Air Interface Protocol analysis, Voice, CS, PS analysis …)
• Network level planning
• Capacity planning and analysis
• RAN Feature/algorithm knowledge
• Radio Parameters optimization
• & KPI troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of wireless digital communications
• Network troubleshooting & resolution Experience
• Strong understanding of RF theory
• Good understanding of the end-to-end GSM,3G, 4G/LTE, 5G, WiMAX and WiFi network
• Experience in performing post-processing analysis of field RF measurements
• Experience in performing single-site and cluster optimization analysis and reports
• Experience in performing RAN KPIs auditing and analysis
