Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced operations supervisor to help us implement the right processes across the company and enable business growth. You’ll assess our departments’ operational methods and propose ways to improve them.

Project management and effective communication are important operation supervisor skills. To succeed is this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp, analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the team to ensure performance is up to standard.
Utilize available resources to meet customer’s SLA
Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies, processes and standards
Acts on all assigned outcomes of the quality audits.
Adhere to all shipping and handling legislations.
Makes sure WMS is updated on time and accurately and as per the procedures.
Makes sure customer’s SLAs are met
Responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and avoid discrepancies.
Run the operations to avoid loss or damage related to human, customer goods or facility.

Requirement

Min 4-6 years experience in warehouse management
work experience in Live Infor & WMS
