CDD team performs due diligence check on CIB clients both corporates and FIG customers during onboarding as well during ongoing reviews The team work closely with Business Compliance Business Segments Tanfeeth ARC and RMC

CDD review should ensure adherence to Compliance policy and all other internal external guidelines The responsibility extends to ensure customer data is updated in Finacle and required documentation is stored in banks records

Responsibilities

• Adherence to Compliance as well as other internal policies and guidelines
• Appropriateness of documentation submitted for risk assessment purposes and transaction monitoring for existing clients
• Engage with RMsCustomers to explain and support them as needed
• Ensure completion of NTB periodic and trigger reviews within the given timelines
• Manage compliance requirements and different projects in the team
• Manage the productivity of the team and work on complete engagement as well as process improvement
• Support the manager in providing daily reports other management reporting and different initiatives taken for improvement and enhancement

Requirements

The CIB CDD Manager is required to a review the WBG population identified for period review and b ensure that under specific conditions parameters the portfolio is reviewed as necessitated as trigger review This would cover CB and FIG portfolio
