Orient Cargo is looking for an Ocean Export / Import Operations Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end operations for FCL and LCL shipments, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Ocean Export and Import operations, including FCL and LCL shipments.
- Coordinate transportation, container placement, customs processes, and shipment execution.
- Ensure timely documentation, Shipping Instruction (SI) submission, and compliance with operational timelines.
- Liaise effectively with customers, shipping lines, transporters, customs authorities, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate system updates, shipment records, and timely job closure.
- Handle multiple shipments while ensuring high service quality and operational compliance.
