Job Summary
Hilwani Trading is seeking a Female Junior Accountant with 0-2 years of experience to handle daily financial records, bank reconciliations, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate will have good MS Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge, with UAE VAT knowledge being an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain cash flow, revenue, and outstanding balance reports.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Verify purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices.
- Assist with month-end closing and expense reporting.
- Calculate landed costs, including freight, customs duties, and clearing charges.
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory.
- Manage Excel reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Assist with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax documentation.
- Verify import documents and customs declarations.
