Job Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking a General Accountant with 2-3 years of UAE real estate experience to maintain financial records, monitor project costs, and prepare financial statements. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of UAE VAT and be fluent in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and prepare financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
- Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial alignment with project goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this General Accountant vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a General Accountant in the UAE real estate industry.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
