Job Summary
We are looking for a Fit-out Site Engineer to manage on-site execution, ensuring precision, quality, and alignment with project objectives. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors, prepare BOQs, and ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage on-site execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with design plans and client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to review and assess project progress, resolving issues promptly to maintain quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review and interpret design plans, drawings, and technical specifications to guide on-site construction teams.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure accurate quantity calculations with the team.
- Source and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of work.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
- Maintain open communication with the design and engineering teams to implement changes or updates as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the execution process.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Fit-out Site Engineer vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Applied Arts major in Interior Design & Furniture, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution is mandatory.
- Experience in supervising interior fit-out projects, including renovations, space planning, and new construction, is required.
- Skilled in meeting clients, reviewing all plans and drawings, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Capable of conducting site visits and preparing detailed quantity calculations (BOQ) with our current team.
