Job Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customs & Logistic Coordinator to manage end-to-end customs clearance and logistics operations for our auto and marine divisions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with customs regulations, timely shipments, and smooth coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end customs clearance and logistics operations for the auto and marine divisions (import/export of vehicle parts, marine engine/spare parts, equipment, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
- Ensure timely shipments, cost-effective transport, and smooth coordination among internal teams (procurement, operations, sales) and external stakeholders (freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers).
- Coordinate multimodal shipments (sea/air/road) and liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Customs & Logistic Coordinator vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in customs clearance/logistics coordination, preferably in UAE/GCC region.
- Strong working knowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation, Incoterms, freight forwarding.
- Experience coordinating multimodal shipments (sea/air/road) and liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
- Excellent communication skills (internal stakeholders, external agents) and ability to manage multiple shipments & deadlines.
