Job Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking a CNC Programmer with 4-7 years of hands-on experience to develop CNC machine tool programs for complex components. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining, and experienced with programming software like Mastercam or GibbsCAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop CNC machine tool programs based on customer specifications and drawings.
- Design and develop part-specific work-holding and production fixtures.
- Develop CNC milling programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers.
- Perform simulation, collision detection, and verification before releasing programs for production.
- Perform initial machine set-ups and program/process debugging.
- Work with machine operators to transfer newly developed manufacturing processes into production.
- Mentor and develop less experienced manufacturing personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements
